My goal is to continue this series, showing you what I normally eat and how to prepare it with useful tips & tricks along the way.
In this tutorial you’ll see how I PREP KALE for smoothies, salads, etc. I also make a SIMPLE SALAD for dinner with tomato, kidney beans, cucumber, red pepper, red onion & a homemade MUSTARD VINAGRETTE!
